I'm Graham, and I founded YorkPWR.

After spending over 20 years in customer service roles for some of the largest pet brands in the world, I learned that my compassion for people and their pets is the key to my great customer service.

Understanding you is the key to my success and your great service. This is why you will never get any pushy sales pitches from us, only questions.

During my time with a leading pet nutrition brand, I learned to value the delicate nature of our fur babies and make hygiene and preventing cross contamination a top priority. We carry a large pump spray with us to sanitize our feet and equipment between every customer.

My partner and I have been together 20 years, we have two children and a Cockapoo. I have dealt with a lot of drama, tears, emergencies and... Waste. I have open ears, an open mind and an eye for solutions. Please do not hesitate to tell me anything potentially weird and wonderful about your pooch!
